之前三周有了几个电话面试。第一个很差但后来的几个感觉都还好。 每个电话面试都
在1小时内写了感谢信。但至今没有收到一个回复，包括感觉还不错的。。。
请问大家的情况是怎么样的？电话面试回thank-you-email没有回复的情况下会有on-

But I think they probably would like to reply to the candidates they love,
right? Just a few words such as " you did well, stay in touch..."
This is the first time in my life that getting not response for more than 20
emails I sent out!

from my experience, professors will reply you email if you did a good job in
the onsite interview, but probably they won't spend time to reply emails
after phone interview. They might call more than 20 candidates for phone
interviews. It will take them a long time to reply those emails one by one.

I meant 20 more people in 4 or 5 phone interviews. Hope I can get some
feedback after the new year.
