请问Phone interview我应该注意些什么啊。一般都问什么问题啊。机会太难得了，紧

if you need time to prepare this interview, you can use up to two weeks.
One time, a job requires XML which I know nothing. I buy a book and finish
reading it in a week. Then comes the interview.

发帖数: 15 | 10 同意楼上诸位，并且如果你可以提前准备几个问题，并多演习几次，这样回答的时候不
至于因为紧张而语速太快。
PHONE INTERVIEW常用问题网上都找得到，有些问题是必问的，你找得细一点说不定还
有本专业的相关问题。
回答时可以微笑着说，即使对方看不到，也能感受到。特别是微笑时有助控制语速。

2. Why do you apply for our school?
3. What courses do you plan to teach?
4. What research direction do you like to pursue?
5. What research grants do you plan to apply?
6. how do you include undergraduate students in research
Also, prepare the a few questions to ask
1. what is the tenure evaluation standards?
2. What is the teaching loads?

细描述。在电话里面可以重复描述吗？还是需要补充？

发帖数: 668 | 14 本人也是, 电面从来没有成功过。不过，经验是一定一定一定（！！）要多practice.
Find someone (good native speaker) to help you practice. It is hard for
people who have accent to succeed over phone interview, but the more
practice you have, the better chance you will survive.

发帖数: 170 | 16 给个具体建议吧，供参考。我也是ME的，ME面试感觉来得都很晚，或者是大牛正在据
offer，我们是bottom feeder。
知己知彼最重要。
基本都会问为什么申请我们系？
我的回答都是：学术上。。。。；生活上你们那地方好得不得了啊！！！！
一般聊到生活上，对方兴趣一下就提起来了。对方在穷乡僻壤就说风光好啊，咱贼喜欢
outdoor了；大城市就说我一心就想搬到大城市住。当然学校所在地情况得了解清楚再
吹，比如气候、治安、风景名胜、房价、生活花费；city-data就有很多资料。
另外，了解系里哪些faculty做招人方向的，面试你的肯定有这方面的人，他有可能问
学术性的问题。问什么不要紧，关键是谁问，印度或者中东人问的话一定要小心听清楚
（口音会很重）。 |
