Good afternoon Dr. xx,
I wanted to bring you up-to-date on our search for a faculty member. We have
finished the interview process and all recommendations have been forwarded
to Dean xx to be reviewed. Unfortunately, Dean xx is out of the office until
next week. I suspect upon her return, she will review the recommendations
and contact the selected candidate. I wish you the best of luck!
