标 题: J-1 waiver, DoS letter sent， 办理H1-B加急

我的J-1 waiver现在的状态是

我即将要去的学校在为我办理H1-B加急，今天问了学校，学校说内部的paperwork差不
多做完了。以前学校的ISS说只要拿到DOS的信，就可以提交H1-B申请，今天又说：we
are supposed to have the official I-612 from USCIS when filing the H. It is
up to you whether you want to file with just the DoS letter. The risk is you
will not be able to have it expedited and they will not refund you.
我现在的状况是必须九月份H1-B办下来正式上班，想问一下我应该怎么处理。是应该继
续等USCIS的j-1 waiver approval,然后提交H1-B申请？还是就直接用DOS letter提交
H1-B申请？ |
