系主任说电话里会有很多老师一起参加
半个小时
以前电面 都是一个人 一对一的
这样的群电话面试会问什么
。。。。

3. Who do you see you can collaborate at the department or the school?
4. What grants do you plan to apply?
5. What courses do you plan to teach?
6. What is your strength and weakness as an advisor?
7. DO you plan to work with undergraduate student? If so, what kind of
projects can you do? (teaching oriented school).

者问你可不可以联系你submit的reference以外的reference。 |

发帖数: 33562 | 7 其实无论什么问题，老老实实回答就是了（当然个别地方可以隐瞒一下），开个玩笑，
活跃一下气氛也行。我们电面的时候，如果对方比较坦诚的话，我们感觉是比较好的；
大话套话反倒没什么意思。 |
