In providing comments, please consider the following questions. Does the
manuscript have flaws which should prohibit its publication? If so, please
provide details. If the conclusions are not original, it would be very
helpful if you could provide relevant references. On a more subjective note,
do you feel that the results presented are of immediate interest to many
people in your own discipline, or to people from several disciplines? If you
recommend publication, please outline, in a paragraph or so, what you
consider to be the outstanding features.
Whenever referees are looking at papers where statistical analysis is - or
should be - important, we hope they pay attention to that aspect of the work
as well. So if applicable, please include in your report specific comments
on the appropriateness of any statistical tests, and the accuracy of the
description of any error bars and probability values. If, on the other hand,
you prefer not to comment on statistical issues, then please indicate that
to us when you submit your comments (just so we are aware of that). Thanks.

基础的,如果是新, 就要有一目了然的证据支持你的结论, 如果是深度就要"calm down
