本人现在正在申请绿卡，又有心跳槽。有个重要的问题
拿到绿卡后多久可以离开现在的单位呢？

If yes, I cannot accept any offer from others, right?

发帖数: 479 | 4 Yes. EB GC application is sponsored by your employer. You need to show that
you have not taken advantage of your employer for applying the EB GC. 6
months is the minimum period of time after receiving GC required by the law.
I cannot remember the original legal terms, and you can check it yourself.
If your GC is FB, then there is no such requirement.
