一篇paper，然后按照模板填上我文章名字和email就发过来了，贴出来奇文共欣赏。也
不知道这个烙印群发了多少封。请注意的他的研究兴趣是“Mechanical behavior of
Materials, Electronic and Magnetic Properties of Materials, Thin Films,
Phase Transformations,Thermodynamics,X-Ray Diffraction”，基本可以囊括材料系
所有方向了。

I am xxx, a pre-final year student currently pursuing B Tech in Materials
Science and Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology (I.I.T.), Kanpur,
India's premier technical institute. My research interest lies in the area
of “Mechanical behavior of Materials, Electronic and Magnetic Properties of
Materials, Thin Films, Phase Transformations,Thermodynamics,X-Ray
Diffraction”.
I am very much interested in work being conducted under your guidance.I also
came across your article "XXX" and found it very interesting and
informative. So, I would like to carry out research work under your guidance
or be a part of ongoing research work during the period of May-July 2016.
Studying at a competitive institute like IIT Kanpur, I have developed a good
technical base and also a passion for research in Materials Science.
Further the project oriented labs and courses have given me the opportunity
to develop my skills to work in a team and instilled in me excellent
analytical troubleshooting skills. Further, I have developed in-depth
knowledge in topics like Micro-structures, Phase Transformations, Mechanical
Behavior and characterization of Materials, Bio-materials and X-ray
Diffraction.
A research internship under your guidance will prove to be a high point in
my career and would augment my existing knowledge tremendously thereby
helping me to go for higher studies in this field. I assure you that I am
fully aware of the commitment and perseverance required in any training and
I believe that I am fully equipped mentally and physically to take up those
challenges. I am accustomed to fast-paced working environment where
deadlines are a priority and handling multiple jobs simultaneously is a
requirement. I would be highly obliged if you could grant me the opportunity
to work with you.
