indicate that this paper is the expanded/enhanced/updated from original
version of the work in the paper, chapter count of135,000-180,000 words or
above.
Journal,book 是同一个出版社，好像还是同一个editor。
这种情况可以直接把journal paper稍微改一下就行吗？比如update一下literature
review，删减一下内容吗？不好意思，一直拖着没时间着手，现在想急着改改交上去，
但是怕出问题(自我抄袭？)，不确定在哪里“clearly indicate that this paper is
the expanded/enhanced/updated from original version of the work in the paper

别。有什么不明白的，写封信问editor就行了。
