pending
超过6个月，上个月状态就变了，现在还没收到拒信。还有两个pending 7个月了没消息，
不知道他们status变了没有。

是说proposal reviewed well，然后话锋一转，Your proposal does not fit within
xxxx’s currently approved budget. However, changes in final budget and/or
failure of other applicants to successfully complete their paperwork for an
award might permit recommendation of your proposal at the end of the fiscal
year. It is, therefore, prudent for you to prepare and return the requested
information so that if it becomes possible to recommend an award that I can
do so within the expected tight time constraints.
接着就是要abstract，改budget之类的request。也就是说忙一场，等10个月，最后可
能还是没有钱:(
大家的经验这种情况有多少可能性最终被fund？ |

月底。fastlane显示external review began 3/23/17. 已经听说好几个都收到据信。
现在完全不知道是什么情况。发信给PM， 不回，这算是默据吧。 |
