最好的办法，就是直接写信给PI，让他给你，这样不会结仇，很可能还会结缘。

发帖数: 364 | 9 As for FOIA fees, we will require more information to properly determine
what category of requestor you are. You may be charged for search (even if
not records exist), review (even if records are withheld in full),
duplication, and any direct costs associated with processing your records
request. If you are requesting on behalf of an educational institution,
noncommercial scientific institution, or representatives of the news you
will not be charged search, review or duplication after the first 100 pages.
If you are a commercial requestor, you will be charged for all aspects of
your request. The last category is “all other requestors”; they are not
charged for the first two hours of search and the first 100 pages.
Please also consider the time to process your request. If you request one
or two proposals, you will receive a response significantly faster than if
you submit a request for four or five.
As for abstracts for award proposals, they are publicly available on our
website using our search or advanced search function. https://www.nsf.gov/
awardsearch/ or https://www.nsf.gov/awardsearch/advancedSearch.jsp). Be
sure to check the box for expired awards as well. |
