发帖数: 97 | 2 不用，已经付过工资了嘛。postdoc也不用，也有工资的。其实PI也不用署名，PI也有
工资。其实说穿了，署名不署名都没啥pi用，工资才是王道。

如果只是按照PI的指导按部就班的干活，那可以不署名
如果RA有实质性的贡献，比如证明了一个定理，或提出了有价值的想法
那么原则上有署名的权力
当然这个实质性如何判断具有很大的主观性
不同的学科也有很大差别
老师也有自己的个人习惯
不过一般在学生参与工作的一开始
老师就要明确最终是否署名，或者满足什么条件可以署名

given the way you had asked, it appears that you've already had your answer.
if that was indeed what you planned to do, you should reconsider whether
becoming a faculty, or even a researcher, is the right career for you. If
you still feel comfortable to believe such an argument is acceptable, sooner
or later, you will learn your lesson in the hard ways.
first of all, co-authorship is defined by whether someone had made "
scientific contribution" to the published work - whether it was collecting
data, analyzing data, discussing ideas, reviewing results, as long as the
publication includes the intellectual inputs from this person, how small it
is, he/she is entitled to be a co-author.
secondly, such struggle is so pointless because you don't seem to realize
what matters in a paper is the first and last author, adding a mid-author
has insignificant impact to you (assuming to be the last author), unless you
do it the wrong way.
you must realize that recognizing other people's work and contribution will
not do harm to you - that's what research is about - you idea has grown from
others' prior works and all of you together grow a bigger pie, everyone
wins.

在有些学科，credit = 1 / number of authors.
