最近bid到一个房子.remove contingency的form上,有两项.x为mark的部分
[] All buyer contingency removed except (1)[x]loan contingency (2)[x]
appriasal contingency ...
[x] Buyer hereby removes any and all buy contingencies.
Agent忘了把上面两个mark去掉了.在remove contingency的deadline,把这个form给发
过去了.对方认为那两个要remove掉才行.给agent发信,Agent的系统down掉了.后来就超
时了.最近价格还在上升,Seller和list agnent说cancel offer了.
照理说,这是一个小错误,而且,上面的主项没有mark,急问这种情况,法律程序是否对我
们有利?
刚才把remove掉两个mark后的contingency remove form发过去了. | m*****1

发帖数: 500 | 4 You put an offer, the offer is canceled by seller, that means it is canceled
. Some sellers can just simply tell you they accepted another offer, or some
just have no any response. Or, some sellers said they verbally accepted
your
offer, but changed mind later.
Simple enough.Move on
