请问大家我该怎么才能要回来呢?他现在不接我电话不回我Email。碰上这种Daycare真
的很无语,庆幸早点看穿了,没有让娃去了才发现他是这种人。
在网上查了一下 small amount court,还要交100块 file claim。觉得不值。就这么
忍了,又心有不甘。有什么地方投诉吗?我们签订的合同,对方赖帐的证据都有。 |

答应退款了,并且为之前的蛮横态度开始找借口(没有道歉,我也算了)。
结论,有些人就是欺软怕硬,你不用暴力他不合作。他以为中国人好欺负,吃个哑巴亏
,就算了。
他之前非常蛮横,拒不退款,然后我打电话发Email都不理,然后我Email给他一个最后
