position 没有了。交涉过程中搞得很不愉快，然后娃肯定是不去他们家了，但是我的$
125 定金我想要回来。明明是他违约，他还不退我定金。没这个道理。
请问大家我该怎么才能要回来呢？他现在不接我电话不回我Email。碰上这种Daycare真
的很无语，庆幸早点看穿了，没有让娃去了才发现他是这种人。
在网上查了一下 small amount court，还要交100块 file claim。觉得不值。就这么
忍了，又心有不甘。有什么地方投诉吗？我们签订的合同，对方赖帐的证据都有。 |

发帖数: 204 | 7 Update: 取得了全面胜利，我强硬起来威胁要投诉和在网上写Review, Daycare owner
答应退款了,并且为之前的蛮横态度开始找借口（没有道歉，我也算了）。
结论，有些人就是欺软怕硬，你不用暴力他不合作。他以为中国人好欺负，吃个哑巴亏
，就算了。
他之前非常蛮横，拒不退款，然后我打电话发Email都不理，然后我Email给他一个最后
通牒：

community mailing lists.
When I called on Aug 12th to ask you to refund my registration fee, you
simply said "no, it is nonrefundable". Yes, registration fee is
nonrefundable based on the contract we signed. But now you've unilaterally
broken that contract, refunding our money is the least thing you are
obligated to do.
You can NOT just sign a contract, then force parents to take another
enrollment date, unilaterally break the original contract, keep their money
and refuse to communicate with such a rude attitude! |
