2009, started first job; bought a Great lake front condo, 2br+2ba, enjoying
sunrise most morning.
2010, started working 2 jobs, 12 hours a day; paid off condo mortgage;met a
managing broker.
2011, went to school studying real estate business, passed school test but
failed state test because of working 2 jobs. Husband passed test and got
license, he started showing houses. I followed the managing broker on MLS
doing research.
2012, bought 1st rental building ,12br+8ba, became a landlord of 4 tenants;
kept on working 12 hours a day;the managing broker passed away at 48,
heartbroke,doing research on market by myself.
2013, sponsored mother-in-law to get green card;left first job, enjoy
working 4 hours a day only.
2014, bought 2nd rental building , 8br+4ba, have 8 tenants now; sponsored
mother to get green card; met a mortgage broker and follow him on money
