"I need an explanation from you. Tell me why? "
I want to talk to your manager."
I was first in line and
this lady right next to me can confirm that. I deserve a reasonable
explanation for this. Why?"
"Well, looks like I can not find the one matches this coupon. Could you please find it for me?"
"Could you call anyone else to help?"
"What is the point to send coupon for items that does not exist?"
"Is this called cheating (bait and switch)?"
"Do you have anything else on this coupon book in stock?"
"Could you get it for me?"
"Can I get a rain check?" "Why not?"
"Could you check if any other stores in the area carry this item?"

At Lord & Taylor, I just told the sales lady who was rude to me: would you
please fetch that coat for me?
She did, of coz, with an attitude.
In the end, I did make her do several things for me, but walked away without
purchase. But I did not feel great about it.
Her life is hard. She is just less fortunate in life... |

other. But to let the other party know, if you scratch back, I'll scratch
yours, if you poke my eyes, I will pokes yours.
If we ourselves do not stands up to our own right, do not expect the others
will respect our rights.
Be equal and respect each is the basic lesson we all have to learn. It is
as simple as that.

right to trash you.
Maybe next time you can just tell her that "I understand you may be in a
difficult time or what so ever. But you didn't treat me right." If she still
has attitude, then just smile and say "you have a nice day" and walk away.
