搜索的时候还看到一个评价很好的牌子，价格比较便宜
Ok, if you've heard about the MBT Shoes ($250 & up) or the Skechers Shape-
Ups ($110), you might be pretty excited about the fitness and therapeutic
benefits of wearing these shoes. Except the price is a little steep for
these ugly things.
However, I've discovered a Frugal Alternative: http://www.therashoe.... - carried at Kmart of all places. And they're LOVED by everyone. I've read review after review all over the internet on message boards, podiatry blogs, review sites, Amazon.com, etc. And the reviews are overwhelmingly positive for such an inexpensive shoe.
Therashoes are also approved by the Academy of Therapeutic Footwear.
Granted, the Therashoe styles aren't too sexy but then neither are the MBT
or Skechers Shape-Up styles. Right now, through January 9th, you can get a
pair of Therashoes at 33% off for as low as $19.99 and then save an
additional $2 with code: shoes10p which brings them down to $17.99 on Kmart.
com
That's a whole hell of a lot better than investing $100 or more on something
you may not even like. From everything I read though, these are great to
walk in for people with bad knees and foot problems. Plus the added fitness
benefit due to the design.
I've ordered a pair - the boots are the only ones I can even fathom wearing
out in public. The rest of them are too orthotic for my taste.
I'll report back once I start wearing them but just wanted to share this
great alternative before anyone runs out and spends hundreds of dollars on
MBT or Skechers. |

脚落下去的时候有点震，弧度小点可能更好。

增高效果，不太适合给妈妈穿，但如果你妈妈很年轻穿高跟鞋也没问题就另当别论 |

是有空叫她过来自己挑选喜欢的。。。
