发帖数: 2377 | 1 好几次看到有大妈贴说在某某点里面遇到特别bitchy的店员和经理，受了一肚子气，回
来在版上求教，今天我老就乘着昨儿在RL的经历说说怎么以理据争，让大妈们都学习学
习。
先介绍下背景，俺平时喜欢在网上购物，一来随时随地比较方便，二来好牌子的东西，
店里面就那么几样，号也不全，总是网上的选择比较多，一般买回来，不满意再退到店
里面。反正现在的商家也都是free shipping的。
这次在RL买了一件夹克和一个皮带扣，乘着昨儿去Stanford Shopping Mall就想把它退
了。
店员一看收据，"Oh，it's pass 30 days, we can't take it."
"No, I think 30 days is for sale items, but they are not, regular price
item should be 60 days....."
.....
"I can't take it, do you want to talk to my manager?"
"Yes, please"
一个亚裔中年大妈出来了，
"we can't take it...."
"please read your store policy carefully, I believe 30 days are for
sale items, 60 days are for regular price items"
我马上指出收据后面印的return policy,就是白纸黑字的写清楚的阿，大妈于是
检查了一下价格，
"but yours are sale items, look the price is $8**, your price is only $
7**."
"please, your store sent me some coupon, I used it, but this is called
discount, they are still regular price items, not sale items. You know what
a sale item is? It's out of season, and your store website will put it under
a separate channel."
大妈没词了，
"OK, I will take them and send them to the online store."
"yes, that's what I want, they definitely know what to do next, I come
here and send it through the store system, so that they won't charge me the
return shipping."
大妈不悦的收了我的东西，撕下return label，把reciept部分递给我。我老决定
要折腾她一番。
"Wait a minute, I think you should circle which items I returned and
put your signature on my receipt too show that you have already taken them
from me. I don't want get my hands dirty later."
大妈有点要发作了，只好给我把我退的东西画出来，然后鬼画符般的写了个签名
"Oh， what are those? I can't read it! Could you please write it typing
carefully?"
"My name is Shao, you could take my business card"
"No, I don't need your card, everybody can have one, signature is the
right thing for me"
于是大妈只好把自己的名字在reciept上面像小学生一样的写了一遍
"Date, date, please, today is Mar. 20th, 2011!"
.....
"Good, perfect job! This is what I want!"
大妈心有不甘，
"you know what, our policy will change after April 1st, we are not
going to take any online store return any more!"
"really? We will see, If RL make the return more difficult, I will
seriously think more whether to spend in RL. Actually, it will help me too
cut my expenditure, I spent like 20k in RL, that's too much, I really need
to think to cut the budget in the future. Anyway, you really did a good job
today, Thanks!"
于是我拎着我退完东西，空空如也的购物袋，气宇轩昂的走出了RL store。：）

Ｌ说你就是可以ｒｅｔｕｒｎ到店里面的，或者邮寄回去，但是那样他们就会收取一些
邮费。
另外这个亚裔ｂｉｔｃｈ也不是一天两天了，有一次我在中国，让我朋友帮我去ｒｅｔ
ｕｒｎ，她居然也以３０天为理由拒了，让后我让我朋友跑到三番的店里面去退，人家
白人问都不问，反正我老不爽她也不是一天两天了，就让你收一下东西，走店里面的物
流退回ｏｎｌｉｎｅ ｓｔｏｒｅ还这么不爽？养你做什么？
