你填的时候，问一句＂ Am I subject to backup withholding? " 也就是问一下，你
们当地会不会扣你税。一般来说不会。
如果答案是不会，你从他那里要一个W９的copy，留做备份
如果答案是会，你要问清楚是哪条法律规定的，然后在打电话到 IRS confirm一下，顺
便问问能不能退税

business to provide their name, address, and taxpayer identification number
so that the requesting party can properly issue tax documents to the IRS. In

刚刚搜到上面一段话，因为你从中间商那里盈利，所以他们要W－９
必须把SSN填对，如不填对（与IRS的记录不符），IRS会charge你payment的２８％
剩下的大多数情况 IRS不会withhold你的钱，除非你欠IRS很多钱，又被IRS发现你在租
房牟利。
