发帖数: 3211 | 1 I made this dark navy blue heavy silk skirt with hand stitched black lace
and this little clutch made with picot feather to attend Joan Baez's concert
in NYC couple days ago. Ever since I've known her and her songs, my music
stopped at the 60's and 70's, the golden age of American folks music. I
purposely made this skirt 60's style for her concert. My favorite song from
her is "Diamonds and Rust" which representing her emotion to Bob Dylan. the
original lyric in 1975 was:
"10 years ago I bought you some cufflinks, you brought me something,and we
both know what memories can bring, they bring diamonds and rust."
Now is 2011, at the concert,she changed it to " 40 years ago..."
I've heard so many covers of this song, none of them sounds nice. perhaps
none of them had the emotion like Joan had it to Bob Dylan. I love her, my
forever folks queen!

MM我说的可能不好听，真心觉得MM手很巧，有fashion sense, 但是在选料和颜色上有
待提高。 比如2的布料, 做裙子不合适，但是也许做一件小外套就非常好看。

puffy, if the skirt can't hold the shape then you can't really see the
detail of the black lace.
1. 黑色的质感太硬，像是一个倒挂的铁锅2. 白色的感觉很厚重, 像是把被子直接做成
了裙子。MM我说的可能不好听，真心觉得MM手很巧，有fashion sense, 但是在选料...
