I really like the outlet center in Allen. The one in Grapevine is just ok...
For Allen, you can go to www.premiumoutlets.com and sign up for the VIP club
in order to view seasonal offers and print out coupons.
If you are into Coach handbags, you may also consider following the thread
below for getting updated info for their factory store at Allen:

In terms of food, if you like BBQ, don't miss Hard Eight BBQ, and Bone Daddy
