I would recommend the following two:
Each one of these is very limited, classic timeless, will never goes out of style, and will get price increase not once but twice per year. And most of all, very young/fresh look on girls.

Celine new season leather MINI/Nano size in color Orange/Pink/Vermillion Red
($2000, very limited color, thousands of people are looking for it. The red
ones literally stay on the BG floor for 2 minutes before all of 16 bags been
sold out. I have to pre-pay 4 months ahead to get the orange Mini and Nano.)

Again, very limited. I konw people on purseforum are crazy about it. I think
only some boutiques have it. All department stores are sold out I believe.

leather is made of lamb skin as well. I just asked the SA yesterday. She
told me the price will go up $200 in a few weeks. If this is your first
expense designer bag, go with Black with Gold Hardware, it is easy to go
with the clothes, and always a safe color to invest.

hedge another round of price increase. It is insane. Dior is on my next list
