我昨天去lord and taylor店里买了两瓶EL洗面奶，回来后发现批号是C78和A78。打电
话给他们客服，他们告诉我那家店的号码让我打。打过去问店员，他们说这个不代表生
产日期，他们的东西都是新鲜的。
再到EL网上去live chat，问客服这个批号是不是表示生产日期是2008年7月，客服说她
也不能回答，让我打了一个什么consumer的电话，那里的人帮我查了一下，告诉我不能
用，太老了，让我去退货。
我极其气愤，想问一下可不可以到哪里去投诉这家黑店啊？！
