I landed a scup dark than normal. A black man past by when I was pulling the
fish out of water. He immediately yelled "Fang Le Ta", "Fang Le Ta". My
friend and I dropped our jaws. How can a black man speak perfect Chinese,
know what this fish is and what's the regulation of this fish? What a chance
! After about 5 minutes, I finally figured out that the black man actually
yelled "Flounder","Flounder". Both my friends and I laughed ou | o****t
