G***G 发帖数: 16778 | 1 I have just done a research about do-it-self jig head molding.
but I don't know how much it can save.
a jig head molder is about $35
a lead for 1/8 oz is about $0.20
a hook is about $0.20
the jig you make is about $0.4. today I saw some eglaw jig $4 for 20.
do you think it is worth to do it yourself to make jig-head? |

Bill Gates won't do it himself even if all the materials are free. |

let's talk about its advantage and disadvantage.

And if you use a lot of jigs, it does save some money in the long run.
Usually you can get scrap lead for free from the car dealers/body shops.
They use them to balance the wheels.
I stopped doing this because I didn't like the idea having melted lead
around my kids. |
