放在桶里，并不是就keep, 不过是让鱼在被拍的时候也不缺氧, 把伤害减到最低。

taken, any fish caught out of season, or undersize, or over the daily creel
limit. Any fish placed on a stringer, in any container or given away, counts
toward the possession limit of the person having caught it, and the person
to whom it was given."
I know you had good intension, but still putting fish in container is
generally regarded as "keep". So just be careful about the cops. Just a kind
remind.
