1) you can receive email at office using outlook but you cannot receive it
at home.
2) you can remote connect to another computer in the office when you are in
the office. but you cannot remote connect to any computers in the office
when you are at home.
Are there any tricks that we can solve these? I mean it is solvable by some
configurations.

Desktop，Make Sure It Will Never Sleep（Power Save）。家里就可以用Remote
Desktop Connection连接了。Outlook完全可以家里用。Exchange2007有Outlook
Anyway的功能，不需要VPN。 |

because the ports are not filtered by firewall.
