your case is very very rear. look at the new chinese immigrant data last
year, the highly educated only accounts for a very small part. I am talking
about 10% here. And this is only the new generation.
And it is even worse in CA (definitely below 10%). If you consider the
chinese immigrant in CA as a whole, including the older generations from
canton/fujian/taiwan, the percentage is even miserable.
CA, no hope.

In my prior post, D 25 is for congress.
Peter is running for state senator, the district has significant educated
Chinese/Asian population, with proper support, he has a shot.

我去的那家理发店，开店的夫妻也就是在国内上过技校学过理发。但是如果赶上学校放
假，他们会一个给客人剪头，另一个指导自己的孩子做作业。

捐款资格：
1.自然人 (Individual) (注1)：
o 美国公民或绿卡持有者 – 可以个人名义向竞选人、PAC捐款。捐款金额有限制
，具体限制第二条（给Super PAC的捐款没有金额限制，即unlimited）；
2.公司 (Corporation) (注1)：
o 在美国注册的公司，但非公民或绿卡的外国人则不能以任何形式参与政治捐款的
决策或是直接提供政治捐款，也就是说，如果美国公司的高管是L1或H1B签证，仍不能
以任何形式参与公司政治捐款的决策过程，而且个人也不能直接捐款；
o 外国公司在美国注册的分公司，但前提条件是外国母公司不能向美国子公司提
供政治捐款，而且外国人（非公民或绿卡）不能以任何形式参与政治捐款的决策或是直
