p*********n 发帖数: 1618 | 1 This guy, who suppose to be a big-name body builder, claimed that by bringing the bar higher up to just under the throat at the collarbone when doing flat bench press, we can work more on the lower part of the chest better. But I thought common sense is the lower the bar position is, the lower part of the chest we work on.
Also, he claimed that during bench press, we should keep the back flat on the bench, instead of forming a arch shape, which is also different from many others say.
