这两天因为腿上有伤,就改练椭圆机和划船机了。现就跑步,椭圆机和划船机做个比较。
monday: running
35min, cal 497, distance 4mile
tuesday: ellipse
35min, cal 653, distance 2.1mile, resistance 30-35
wedensday: boating
35min, cal unknown, distance 6300m, strok/m 30-40
感觉:跑步最爽,椭圆机最耗热量,划船机最适合女士(有氧,力量不大,肌肉部位:
胸,胳膊,腰,臀部)。
