shoulder, back, knee, and wrist. Three months ago, I injured my shoulder,
and gave up working out totally. Just three months, I lost my definition and
6-pack. New Year is coming, and I want to get back my 6-pack and chest:
waist = 1.4:1. Wish everybody makes progress in 2008.
BTW, I am a newcomer at MITBBS, and want to make some fitness friends. |
