There is some basic information about myself.
female, 25+, 160cm, 130lb (kuang han......)
I try to lose some weight (10-20 lb). How about this training plan:
go to gym 5 times a week.
30 minutes walking & running on the machine. (15 m running at 4.8 mph and 15
m walking to relax)
Is this enough?
p.s. I do not want to go on diet. Just eat normally with meat,vegetable
