Great total body workout my trainer had me do yesterday. Hits all the muscle
groups. Make sure you don't rest between exercises so you get cardio. And
dynamic stretching is also built into a lot of the exercises.
30 squats (hands behind head, elbows out)
30 push ups
10 jump squats
10 leg curls on medicine ball
10 reverse leg curls on medicine ball
20 step-up onto bench (20 each leg)
5 pull-ups
20 lunges (20 each leg)
