唠嗑).即使是这样,我的weekly mileage也还只能达到50出头,觉得像你一样达到70太难
了.

在不受伤的前提下,3-6月内爬的距离越长越好,越多样化越好。

theory. Instead I am just interested to see in reality, how it can be
strictly executed by a regular person being without expensive
professional help. Please allow me to give you my understanding.
I guess the basic question# 1 is how to get your maximum heart rate. I
guess you know more than me about this topic. Correct me if I am wrong.
All those widely cited maximum heart rate formulas are based on
historical experience data. It is no secret that the deviation of can be
up to about 20 bpm... even for the same age-group of people in the same
sports with same training.
The question #2, how good your HRM can be. let's think it in another
way. Here I want to show you my personal experience. When I was in a
hospital ECG check-up, my up body was sticked with more than 20 sensors.
I am sure those 20+ sensors were for more than a heart rate. It,
however, did give me a sense of how challenging it might be to just get
some good/reliable instant hear rate numbers. Now, I don't know how
trustworthy your HMR can be, especially when you are sweating heavily.
Considering these factors, now please tell me how confident you are to
say you were working out in your LHR zone, not the zones next to it.
Most likely, you were swinging between your LHR zone and aerobic zone.
Now the question becomes how you are sure the final progress you obtain
is due to your LHR zone workout, not the aerobic zone workout?
Or, maybe I missed something ......

因为如果按照AM的计划的话,有tempo,VO2max这些要跑很快的,即使是MLR,也要求中间

是不是说这个LHR是在进行AM的计划前的提高耐力和心肺能力的基础训练,做一段时间
后,才开始上AM
的计划?

under a certain threshold, it doesn't matter even if it's 10 or 20 bpm lower.
a lot of ppl do LHR training without HRM too. they train based on their
effort, or breathing rhythm, like 4-4, 5-5.

在想加大一点而已.我一直都是跑着玩的,属于被跑版牛牛们鄙视的那类.
每次跑多少就凭感觉了.一般是9~12.跑12的话,会有点饿,而且1瓶水不太够.

LHR zone, at least not very strictly. IMHO, the LHR zone essentially is
the same as fat burning zone in terms of numbers. Why do you guys label it
as a new fancy name like LHR? It sounds like you are doing easy run or
fat-burning run to me.

sure, increasing fat burning efficiency is one of the benefits of LHR
training.

其实fat burning zone才是fancy name. LHR才是技术词汇.
runner经常根据心率来调整自己的训练,easy,lhr,tempo,interval,...这些都是根据心
率来计算的.
而且,说实话,用LHR这词的人通常基本上没太多的fat来burn了,所以fat burning zone
这词也不太适合....
