1st week food menu, current weight-166lb, 5'9", body fat 24.5%
7am - 2EggW, 250mil-2%M, 1banana, 1lowfatYG
10:30am - 360cal supplyment bar
12:30pm - half bowl of panda bowl (mix vege + teriyakee chicken)
3:30pm - half bowl of panda bowl (mix vege + teriyakee chicken)
7:30pm - green bean, shrimp, 2EW, 2% milk
total water daily - 80oz
4/20 - 6pm, Cardio, 20min, S-4.7, I-3%, 45mins resistance training (arm,
shoulder, back, chest)
4/21 - 6am, Carido, 20mins, to be continues

don't have choice, after work, start resistance training is around 6pm
already.

哈哈,我跑步回来一般8点多,歇一会儿开始做饭
做完收拾完9点多,饿了。。。

建议不要老吃panda bowl,油腻不健康
你不吃水果啊?就一个banana?

updated: -2-3lb in a week! heart rate sometime feel irregular but it is
managable, is this normal during the first coupe weeks?
