看到一个不错的讨论:
A good bulk should take 10-16 weeks. After that, I get way too sloppy and
tend to get injured from the heavier weights being used. I almost have to
stop from the intensity being too high and simply not sustainable. You can't
increase weights forever, unless you get sloppy and may get injured. No
matter how much you eat and rest, you have to stall at some point.
Psychologically it gets to you as well. 12-16 weeks is more than enough, but
judge for yourself from experience. Try it and gauge it from there.
一般力量训练2个月就会到一个顶峰水平,这种时候很难停下来因为不断的进步让自己觉
得可以永远提高下去,但是确实应该切换模式了.个人觉得2个月bulking/1个月cutting
比较好.各位觉得呢?

同意,不一定是切换模式,但是可以换个program。
我力量水平升级到一定程度之后,如果连续progressive loading超过2个月就会很容易
受伤或者训练过度。对于我来说2个月左右换计划是比较合适的,完全休息一段时间然
后deload。

一般最常见的practice就是6~8周,然后完全停止weight training 7~9天啊

进入到训练阶段的训练者一般都知道,但是在进入到训练阶段之前一般人只是锻炼而已
,根本不会有这种概念。
而且训练者往往因为自己的状态好就随意延长program的时间……
