看那些deadlift牛人每次bar只需要拉到膝盖上面一点就行了,伤心哪。我需要拉到大
腿根才算完。

我只能拉你这一半多点点的重量,太班门弄斧了。不过,我家小白鸽说,setup一定要
到位,你可以试试屁股再往后往下一点,肩膀再沉一点,可能后腰就arch起来了。

大部分时间还是在练setup。

这个跟重量没有关系,是心太急了,没有把姿势摆好。

Once she started the lift, the hips shot up first and the back became
rounded. The weight also pulled her forward. I would guess her body was
using the back strength to compensate the weak leg drive off the floor.
However this was probably her 100% or 105% max effort attempt so form isn't
going to be 100%. Nonetheless, it was still a pretty strong lift.

第一张如果再往后坐一点,会不会减轻第二张的驼背?

The less distance between the hips and the bar, the better leverage one
would get for deadlift. However it's much more complicated than that. Some
people with poor hip mobility or a combination of short arms and long legs
can't sit back without rounding back. So normally a rule of thumb is to get
your hips as high as possible as long as:
1) your shoulder is directly above the bar
2) your chest is up and out
3) your mid to lower back is straight/neutral

不住neutral,弯的最多。sumo也是那里弯。
从sumo转回conventional不久,对300 max还是很满意的。都不知道sumo现在能不能做
到300了。
不管哪里弱,leg和back都该继续增强。

get strong enough.
Add in some horizontal and vertical pulls on your push days and you'll be
good.

there's no point to ramp up the weights.

1) back arch
2) 你用了更多的是上半身的力量,你hamstring能用上力么? |

I do need to tighten up my setup a bit. There is a disconnection between my
mind and body when it comes to tighten my back with heavier weight. I'm
still working on that. After all, I don't want to get my back injured.
This is my 2 month training of conventional in between my sumo pulls. I
still believe my sumo form is stronger. So now I'm back to sumo. Maybe
conventional will be one of my assistant lifts.
