my shoulder workout contains 3 parts, each lasts about 20-30 min.s
first, dumb bar military press, shoulder lift up from front, from back.
then 10 min break for jogging or eclipse or abs
2nd part, dumb bell shoulder back pullup, 3-5 sets, bell front lift up
side lift up.
then another 10 min break for abs/jog/eclipse
3rd part, cable pull up from the side,
machine side lift up.
