我sumo练的时间短,感觉主要靠push腿,腰背用力不多。可能也是我腿
短,效果不一样。

她认为所有人都应该用sumo。

rounding issue. Try the verbal cue of "show me the logo on your shirt".

以前被老妈说驼背的时候都逆反心理,现在觉得早点注意多好啊。。。

To be honest, I'm torn between two setups. Not sure which one will allow me
to lift most weight and be injury free.
1. Keep hip as high as possible and keep back as tight as possible.Upper
back might round slightly, as long as it is not rounding more and more
during the lift.
2. Keep upper body more upright, as a result, hip lower to start. This one
requires patience, the start of the lift is slower. When I tried it, I gave
up since I feel like I'm gonna injure myself with longer time at the bottom.
But this can be changed.
So yea, maybe I will play with the 2nd setup more after my meet in April.
