It is a nice surprise that my squat is still get better. Volume and paused
assistance on bench have been effective in bringing my poverty bench up. My
conventional deadlift form is getting better even though I'm pulling less
weight. Back healthy is more important to me than going heavier. |

我的经验是可以减少受伤的可能性,还能调动更多的肌肉推更大的重量。当然range of
motion也会变短。

Your dealift form looks much better with your back now being flat. If I may
make a small suggestion, I would start your hips higher. It looks like your
hips rise first before your actual pull.

I feel starting lower, I can use a little bit more quads off the floor.
I will keep experimenting til I get a smooth conventional deadlift.

深蹲看起来简单,要蹲大重量还有很多细节也需要注意的。
