- these players allow user fast forward/fast rewind a videl clip by dragging
the slider, say to 10'30'', ***without waiting*** for the player to buffer
all the clip before 10'30''?
- what's the video file format used?
2.) what player can allow programmer to position video clip
- so that users can start playing video from 10'30'' whenever he clicks a
hyperlink that says 10'30''?
