the gc card # in store (not online) to buy stuff w/o the physical card.
Able to talk to the store manager(in Columbus, OH - Buckeye), he said they
allow ppl buy stuff using just card# with identity info checked (I'm not
sure this is valid CC policy though, if not, I'll use this against CC). He
said he'll investigate and get back to me.
So seems they have the identity info of that guy (could be false identity
