I verified the DV value and Signature Fees with Upper level management at
FEDEX.
Whenever there is a Declared Value of $500 or higher, FDX REQUIRES a
recipient signature before releasing the delivery.
I also have management confirmation back that this signature service, even
when not chosen by you,
but obtained as a direct result of the high declared value amount, does have
a fee attached to it. | m*r

倒是看到有的虽然declared $500，他家照样收签名费但没收保险费的。

用自己选， 这不就是送的么？Label 打出来也有direct sign的字样啊。 | x******e
