Here is what I just got online, SPG to
LH: Different first name, same family name: Worked
AA: Different first name, same family name: Worked
AA: Different first name, same family name: Rejected
AA: Both names different. 2 times rejected, once time worked. The times it got rejected called CS to push through manually and they worked.
US: Both names different: Worked.
LAN: Both names different: Worked.
Hope it helps for others. Thanks for the information from the replies.
