具体交易内容:
I bought Kohls GC from Changchang, only got code per email. I haven't used
it at all, just found out there was "0" balance. I called kohls and found
out the GC was used at the store out of my state. If Changchang made mistake
and sold the card to another buyer, please refund me the balance- I hope
that is the case; or it could be a serious scam. Be aware

码，这样买卡太危险了，卖主一直都有卡号，密码。请CHANGCHANG 快做调查！

希望给大家提个醒。。事情没搞清前不想公布细节，也不想影响ｃｈａｎｇｃｈａｎｇ

communicate except using the bbs email and 模版 -thought that could bring
more attention. I didn't know when will he or she be on board. I am only a
visitor, occasional buyer/ seller here. I don't mean to hurt anyone's
feedback intentionally as I stated previously. I want to resolve the problem
. I don't mean to threat anyone either. We don't have a resolution yet. I
don't want to disclose more details which could hurt the feedbacks, but the
fact is obvious, I bought the card, but now with no balance. We all know the
gift cards have no expiration date. It can be used by any one who has the
code. It should be secured once it is sold.

已经全额退还。我表示抱歉，不应该着急给负面评价。希望版主撤掉，改成一个正面评
价。大家可以放心向他／她买卡。通过此事，我的体会是，不管买主还是卖主，都要做
好记录，一定要记住余额，这样好查帐
