First I contacted him according to his article in selling Surface Pro3 i5-
128 for $795, and when I first contacted him he quoted me a totally
difference price. I raised the question and then he honored his posted price
. This is ok.
Then we agreed on he will sell one to me, and I send quickpay to him. He
declined and then told me that he sold to others.
It appears to me that he is not very professional and easily break what he
agreed on previously. Thus this negative review.
I notified him that I will leave a negative review for him, and he replied
and said he will leave one negative review for me as well. This is up to him
but I want to share this information with others so when you do transaction
with him you need to keep the above in mind. |
