and the best quality. i had 60 dollar hair cut before when i went to LA (
male hair cut) a few years ago, but i don't think it's as good and i only
spent 15 dollars. The lady is very experienced!!! highly recommend!!!
it's located next to the Q-cup in the plaza with the first oriental grocery
store. |
