The address is: 3727 Quixote Blvd, the apartment named University Point (
former Campus Walk). Very close to the campus, on the shuttle route C. Rent
for each month is 688 +utility. You afford 246$ for Nov. since there is
another gentlemen stay in the living room during Nov. And from Dec. the rent
you should take is 344$.
You donot need give me the 100 deposit for the room and another 60 deposit
for the power and you will get the money back when y |
