多老外粉饰的很好，其实都一样，很多方面中国人还是很优秀的，我们的骨子里至少知
道礼义廉耻。

normally the judge will ask him to show his account and see whether he has
the ability to pay
if he showed that he has the money, and promise that he would pay you before
XXXX day, the judge will let both of you back and ask him to pay before
XXXX day
but he might choose not pay again but he lived one more month already
at this time, he must leave your house
however, he could do whatever he want in your house, i.e. take all your
furniture, burn half of your house, spray posinous stuff everywhere and you
could not go inside your house at this time
what you could do is simply keep awake, stay outside your own house and
watch it just in case he steal all your furniture
if he did any bad thing, you could not say anything but simply have his
deposit, that is all
you could not call police and put him into jail because he is not guilty to
ruin your house when he "rent" it. You only have his deposit and that is
your only weapon, but too weak
I am not trying to scare you, this happened on one of my coworkers house. he
stayed outside 3 days without sleep just in case that guy ruined his house.
since you are not in Florida, you have to come back at least twice. My coworker went to another city twice too. stayed in his car without sleep 3 days before the final timeline
