1. Thoroughly fill the visa application (www.mexicomiami.org, visas)
2. Bring original and photocopy of
Valid Passport (6 months of remaining before it expires, minimum).
Valid USA Visa and form I-94.
3. Prove economic solvency with either of the following:
International credit card with last 2 month statements, showing
applicant´s and bank´s name.
If different from applicant: official ID, letter stating
responsibility and type of payment of applicant´s travel expenses,
reason of coverage of expenses and relation to applicant with a copy of the
birth certificate. If minor: parent(s) bank statement, parent(s) ID, parent
(s) letter stating responsibility on minor expenses and minor´s birth
certificate as to prove relationship.
Bank account statements – last 2 months-, showing applicant&#
180;s and bank´s name or
Frequent traveler (entry visas and stamps from various countries
), or
Work stability (work letter indicating income and seniority, or
2 month pay stubs), or
Estate ownership.
4. Pay the corresponding fee: $36.00 USD CASH only (if applicable)
NOTA: US citizens and US resident card holders do not require a visa to
travel to Mexico as tourist. They shall bear both a valid passport and a
valid US resident card, accordingly, and show them at the port of entry en
Mexico.
Applications are received Monday thru Friday, 8:00 to 11:00hrs. Once the
requirements are met, the process takes 24 hours / one working day |
